FOOD, markets & DEMOs
As a vendor, you'll be part of something special and impactful!

We are a family-friendly, zero-waste, environmentally conscious festival. Stallholders must adhere to the following:
​
✅ No single-use plastics, glitter, glow products, plastic bunting, war toys, balloons, or plastic bags.
✅ No fairy floss, corn dogs or excess junk food.
✅ No items in single-use or plastic packaging.
✅ Yes to reusable food service ware only – no compostable packaging.
✅ Yes to aluminium cans (no plastic bottles).
✅ Yes to bulk condiment containers (no sachets).
✅ All stallholder waste must be removed by the stallholder.

Food vendors must submit packaging for approval before the event.
